Registered Manager – 28 Bed Nursing Home

Salary: £45,000 per annum
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our fully staffed, 28-bed nursing home in Leicester. A valid NMC Nurse PIN is essential for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking to step up into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and build upon the existing high standards of person-centred care.
Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the care team, promoting professional development and a positive working culture.
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for both residents and staff.
Oversee clinical excellence and care delivery, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager preferred, but strong Deputy Managers ready to step up will be considered.
A proven track record in delivering high-quality care and managing compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
