The Role As Senior Category Manager, you'll: Lead the Category Agenda: Develop insights-driven strategies across key channels and customers, leveraging consumer and shopper data to create impactful retail solutions. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with account managers to craft data-backed selling stories and capitalise on category growth opportunities. Oversee Data and Reporting: Manage external agency relationships (e.g. Circana) and provide actionable insights, reports, and category performance scorecards. Drive Execution: Plan and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless execution of NPD launches and promotional activities. Key Skills & Experience Proven expertise in Category Management within FMCG or an Insight Agency. Strong knowledge of consumer/shopper data tools (IRI, Circana, Kantar) and retail EPOS. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset paired with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. What's on Offer?
