I'm partnering with a scaling property developer that is growing across multiple different sectors, from Residential, Student, Build-to-Rent, Regeneration and more. There's an embarrassment of riches when it comes to the development team it has assembled, with some of the most experienced Development Directors in their sectors.
When it comes to technical tenders, they are flexing their technical prowess. The investors on board have injected serious capital to expand in 2025.
Despite all of this expertise and backing, not many people know about them. How they take their product to market needs an overhaul.
They seek a Head of Marketing to modernise their approach to marketing, away from the odd press release or sponsored event, to one encompassing brand development, lead generation, PR, digital and more.
It's an incredible opportunity to create something from near scratch, and build a marketing team and take real ownership. The CEO described hiring this role as "priority number one" to enable their plans in 2025.
Duties include:
* Building a marketing strategy across commercial, public, and residential assets
* Hiring and developing a team that generates revenue directly and indirectly
* Help tell the brand story, and tailor that to the different audiences, whether that be a stakeholder in the public sector, or a university community
* Build a digital marketing strategy using agency support that drives inbound leads
You will have:
* Operated at a strategic level in property marketing, in one or more of the sectors above
* You will likely have at least 7 years' experience in marketing, but also could be more
