🔹 The Role
→ Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
→ Handle renewals, market submissions, quotes, and reports from start to finish
→ Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs
→ Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices
→ Support client meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on key actions
🔹 Who They're Looking For
→ A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance broking
→ Cert CII qualification (or a willingness to obtain it)
→ Proficiency in Acturis and strong IT skills (Excel, Word)
→ Excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
→ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
