Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound purchases to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project requirements. Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers to secure the best value and quality. Monitor and review supplier invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Track and manage delivery dates to ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the procurement and inventory systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement processes meet organisational needs. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
