Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to create actionable reports that drive business decisions. This role focuses on providing critical insights, developing data visualizations, and collaborating across teams to ensure reporting needs are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Analysis
* Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
* Identify trends, patterns, and insights within complex datasets
Report Development
* Create and maintain detailed reports showcasing key metrics and trends.
* Develop intuitive data visualizations to simplify complex information for stakeholders.
Trend Identification
* Analyze data to identify meaningful trends and provide actionable insights.
* Align data analysis with organizational goals to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with all business towers to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.
* Present data findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visual aids.
Skills and ExperienceCertifications
* Required: ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
* Desirable: Additional ITIL certifications.
Technical Expertise
* Proficient in analyzing large datasets and generating insights.
* Strong attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy in reporting.
* Experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques.
Communication & Problem-Solving
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve data-related issues.
Time Management & Business Alignment
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Understanding of business operations and aligning data analysis with business objectives.
* Knowledge of the Service Management Framework.
