About the Role: As a Clinical Administrator, you will be a vital part of our small administration team and outpatient therapy service. Your role is essential in ensuring the efficiency of patient flow through our department, significantly contributing to positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming Patients: Meet and greet patients and visitors with a friendly smile.
• Appointment Management: Arrive patients on our clinical database and schedule appointments.
• Call Handling: Manage incoming calls with professionalism and care.
• Therapy Notes: Pull and allocate therapy notes to clinicians according to their schedules.
• Administrative Tasks: Photocopying, monitoring, and replenishing office supplies.
