Legal Secretary
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £23k (Permanent)
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing team to provide an efficient secretarial service to Solicitors within the department.
Previous commercial conveyancing experience is advantageous. The role is full-time.
This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Liaising with client agents and solicitors
2. Audio typing and some file management
3. Typing of documents and track amendments
4. Scanning, paginating and photocopying
5. File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
6. Providing general administration support to the team
A little about you:
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Good telephone manner
3. A good eye for detail
4. Good organisation and time management abilities
5. Excellent team player
6. Great typing skills
7. Motivated with a strong commitment to learning
8. Prior conveyancing secretarial experience would be advantageous
This is a full-time office-based role.
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Salary: £23k + DOE
