Job Title: Customer Service Location: Yate About the company: They are a leader in consumer packaging solutions including folding cartons, cups, foodservice packaging, cooking solutions and multipack Job Description: Manage your own allocation of customers in detail from the initial order to the delivery of the product, ensuring each department is on schedule. Process orders and provide timelines to meet deadlines. Maximise customer satisfaction by responding to queries efficiently and professionally. Establish good working relationships with all internal departments. Provide accurate estimates for new orders confidently. Work closely with Sales Account Managers and regularly update them with sales forecasts. Participate in regular review meetings, including for customer service performance. Support the team with absence (sickness and holiday cover). Stay after shift to finish tasks when needed (e.g., to solve problems that may arise late in the day). Job Requirements: Confident in conversing with customers (new and existing). Able to prioritise tasks and organise resources efficiently. Attention to detail with the ability to identify and solve hidden problems. Good level of English and Maths. IT literate (including Excel and Word). Required Skills: Experience in a Customer Service role (preferred but not essential). Excellent telephone manner. Experience and/or ability to handle challenging situations.
