The full-time role is Monday to Friday and you will work on a rota to provide cover from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Main duties of the job The main duties of the role will be: - meeting and welcoming clients to Plummer Court- receiving client telephone calls and answering queries- liaise with clinical colleagues on telephone calls and queries relating to clients You should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills as you will have to interact with a variety of people. Resilience is also required due to the nature of the service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills, as well as a working knowledge of office procedures including IT skills.
