To be responsible for leading and managing the Production team to effectively achieve the planned volume whilst controlling labour and materials.
To create a safe and great place of work adhering to Health and Safety (H&S), Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards andInspired Global Cuisine (IGC) procedures.
To drive a continuous improvement culture by analysing the relevant data to identify areas for change, whilst acknowledging good work in the team.
To be collaborative and operate cross functionally to ensure the site delivers and continually improves.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
1. Extensive management experience, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
2. Strong, confident and motivational leader
3. Quality and customer focused
4. Continuous improvement mindset able to plan, implement and manage change
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
6. Proficient IT skills
7. Autonomous and works from own initiative
8. Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures with strong technical knowledge
9. Strong numerical abilities to interpret and analysis data
