Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
* Design and develop user interfaces for our range of digital products.
* Work with product managers, engineers, and other internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visual designs.
* Support the Product Development Manager in conducting user research and testing to ensure that our interfaces are intuitive and easy to use.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas to stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Collaborate with other designers, developers, and marketing professionals to bring projects to completion.
* Stay up to date on the latest trends in graphic design and UI/UX design.
* Work on a variety of modern and legacy technologies.
* Optimise designs for accessibility and usability, including the ability to support multiple languages where required.
* Communicate design ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Work alongside Development, QA, IT, Customer Service, and Heads of Departments to provide guidelines, assets, and documentation to support your work when required.
* Be flexible and open to learning new software products when required, including game engines such as Godot/Cocos Studio for UI implementation purposes.
Qualifications

* A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
* A portfolio demonstrating good creative design skills and experience in UI/UX Design.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team.

* A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe XD.
