The role
This role is pivotal in ensuring that Consultus International Group attracts, identifies, and selects those individuals who have the right behaviours, values, and skills to achieve our vision. Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of business areas, you will utilise your exceptional relationship-building skills to build diverse talent pools, both internally and externally, for current and future hiring needs.
You will be joining a small, yet growing Talent department with ambitious plans. Recognised for a stand-out recruitment experience, we’re dedicated to ensuring a personal, flexible, and supportive approach to both candidates and hiring managers.
In addition to the above, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Internal Recruiter will:
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing a clear understanding of relevant business areas and hiring managers’ requirements to create targeted job adverts.
* Manage vacancies and applications (internal and external) using our ATS and other communication tools.
* Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, CV databases, social media, events, partnerships, etc.
* Conduct effective screening / initial interviews to create high-quality candidate shortlists.
* ATS management and support with maintenance of other Recruitment/HR systems and processes.
* Support with recruitment compliance and employee onboarding where required.

Skills / experience
* 18+ months’ experience in a similar Talent Acquisition / Resourcing / Recruitment role.
* Ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships.
* Deductive reasoning skills; the ability to ask the right questions to obtain information.
* Great organisation skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
