Omega is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities – Site Manager
Develop contract programmes from preliminary production targets.
Prepare materials delivery schedules.
Liaise with sub-contractors to adhere to agreed timetables.
Manage and control all site operatives, sub-contractors, and resources, prioritizing safety.
Ensure high standards of conduct and workmanship.
Coordinate material orders and liaise with the buying department.
Verify deliveries, report deficiencies, and maintain site records.
Comply with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and stay updated on legislative requirements.
Liaise with professional consultants and advisors.
Adhere to the Company’s Disciplinary and Grievance policies and procedures.
