We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team at Enra Specialist Finance. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* First-Line Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including software and hardware problems, such as laptop, mobile, and printer issues.
* Active Directory Administration: Create user accounts, reset passwords, and manage groups.
* Asset Database Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset database, tracking changes and updates.
* Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic network issues.
* Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members for further assistance.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all staff, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* External Support: Arrange for external technical support when issues cannot be resolved in-house.
Requirements
* Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong telephone manner.
* Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge and Qualifications
* Windows and Mac Operating Systems: Have experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
* Microsoft Office Suite: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Active Directory Administration: Possess knowledge of user and security group Active Directory administration.
