Our client, a leading Insurance company, is on an exciting growth journey and is looking for a Head of Service Design to lead and inspire our design team. This pivotal role will shape transformative customer and colleague experiences across our multi-brand environment.
Role Overview:
You’ll lead a team of circa 10 designers to create end-to-end experiences aligning to their strategic goals and objectives. You’ll also be responsible for setting design standards and ways of working within the design community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design of seamless, transformative experiences for customers and colleagues.
* Oversee estimation of transformation initiatives for planning and business case development.
* Define and enforce design principles in collaboration with technology and business teams.
* Drive cross-functional and global collaboration to ensure consistent delivery.
* Lead and develop a high-performing design team.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience leading Service Design in a multi-brand setting.
* Strong expertise in service blueprinting and design methodologies.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
