About the Role
As CEO, you will combine financial expertise with technology-driven strategic thinking to enhance governance, efficiency, and member services. You will lead the organisation in digital innovation, ensuring financial sustainability and strengthening our member-first ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial & Regulatory Leadership – Ensure compliance with PRA & FCA regulations, oversee risk management, and drive long-term financial stability.
* Technology & Innovation – Leverage data analytics, automation, and fintech solutions to improve governance, enhance services, and streamline operations.
* Strategic Growth & Digital Transformation – Lead the modernisation of the credit union while prioritising financial inclusion and member trust.
* Operational Excellence & Governance – Utilise AI and data-driven insights to enhance reporting, risk assessment, and decision-making.
* Member Engagement & Service Enhancement – Expand and improve digital banking solutions (e.g., mobile banking, AI-driven services) to attract younger members and deliver an outstanding user experience.
