Complaints Officer – NHS (Contract) – Droitwich, Worcester Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Complaints Officer to join an NHS service in Droitwich, Worcester on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing complaints and ensuring high standards of service delivery within the Children, Young People, and Families (CYPF) Service, including Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Role Details Location: Droitwich, Worcester Contract Type: Temporary (Agency) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time) Pay Rate: £31 Ltd (Umbrella) per hourKey Responsibilities Manage and respond to complaints and enquiries in line with NHS policies and procedures. Investigate concerns raised by patients, families, and stakeholders to ensure fair and effective resolutions. Liaise with clinical teams, service managers, and external agencies to gather relevant information. Maintain accurate records of complaints, actions taken, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and NHS complaints policies. Provide reports and data analysis on complaint trends to support service improvements. Offer support and guidance to staff on complaints procedures and best practices.Requirements Extensive experience working within the CYPF Service and SEND. Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheets and data management. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
