Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator - Heathrow Office
The mission of the Menzies Talent Acquisition team is to help the Firm grow and scale by helping to identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. The TA Co-ordinator role is essential to supporting this function and ensuring timely delivery across the business.
This is a hybrid role that will see you contributing to both Early careers and also Professional hiring across our 8 UK offices. It is also a hugely varied role that will provide you with a wide range of opportunities to learn and contribute towards the continued success and growth at Menzies.

Key responsibilities
Early Careers Hiring Support
1. Support the Trainee graduate/apprentice hiring cycles which includes collating candidates’ job applications, psychometric test administration, scheduling phone and onsite interviews, video conferencing, handling post-offer administration and assisting with the on-boarding process for new starters.
2. Using standardised screening techniques, assessing the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
3. Diary coordination with various hiring and HR managers for interviews
4. Keeping the Kallidus ATS system up to date as candidates progress through the recruitment process
5. Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
6. Acting as point of contact for candidates on the progress of their application.
7. Reporting on activity and progress to the Talent Acquisition Manager
Event And Career Fairs Management
8. Supporting and coordinating candidate events such as assessment centres, on-campus activity, recruitment talks, visits and conferences and preparing materials and equipment for them.
Administration/Team Support
9. Creating and issuing employment paperwork including offer. letters and contracts of employment. Associates onboarding actions.
10. Scheduling interviews
11. Maintaining and updating the internal recruitment folders
12. Managing the recruitment/careers inbox and answering any external queries
13. General administration support to the wider HR team, when required.
14. Creating of social media posts to promote hiring opportunities.
Required Exp erience
15. Previous experience in an in-house/Talent Acquisition role or with an agency is required.
16. Experience of Early Careers hiring is highly beneficial.
17. Excellent communicator and the ability to strike up a conversation with anyone.
18. 'Strong Planning', 'Organisation' and excellent 'Attention to Detail' skills.
19. Excellent knowledge of technology, such as Microsoft Office applications, social media platforms etc.
20. A self-starter who is pro-active and a quick learner.
21. Flexible and accepting of change.

Qualifications
27. Educated to a degree level is desirable
28. CIPD and/or Recruitment and Employment Confederation qualifications are desirable.
Travel requirement
Some planned travel may be required to the other offices as well as for the career fairs, events and assessment centres.
