The role of Trainer is important to us. The Trainer will join the team to create and deliver the learning, development, and continuous improvement of employees utilising different learning modalities. We would love to welcome you to our Arden Square office in Crewe, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. The role will require the virtual and in-person delivery supporting induction, sales, customer services, and operational learning solutions. We are keen to maximise self-led learning solutions whilst still retaining an element of face-to-face facilitator-led delivery. We promote a culture of continuous improvement, therefore the role will require the provision of learning solutions for both existing staff and new inductees. This role will involve training our people in a variety of different modalities including classroom-based training, one-to-one coaching, and virtual delivery. The role will be hands-on and will require flexibility to support our ambitious growth plans.
What would your day to day look like?
1. Working with the business to ensure alignment on priorities for their learning requirements
2. Working with the learning team to enhance the training solutions and support evolving the design and facilitating delivery
3. Upskilling yourself on Global learning solutions to ensure confidence in delivery of sessions
4. Delivering classroom-based and virtual training
5. Design of learning within business area utilising the Global Learning standards
6. Ensuring version control management and accessibility for all learning material
7. Evaluating the success of learning solutions and reporting on evaluation results
8. Continuous improvement of the learning solutions within the business area.
9. Supporting with design and implementation of learning toolkit to support learning delivery and embedding
10. Keeping data up to date and managing within agreed SLAs
What do we expect of you?
11. Over 3 years experience in a facilitator/trainer role preferably in a sales-based industry
12. Up to date knowledge of learning theory and learner experiences
13. Demonstrable skill in all commonly used MS 360 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
14. Excellent presenting skills
15. Excellent emotional intelligence and diplomacy skills
16. Exceptional oral and written communication, personal credibility, and influencing skills
17. Facilitation skills training accreditation
18. Confidence speaking to large groups
