Field Operations Supervisors Needed in Bradford & Randolph
Tri-Valley Transit Inc. is seeking two highly motivated individuals to be the Field Operations Supervisors for its community transportation operations. The ideal candidates will support TVT in its mission to enhance the economic, social and environmental health of the region by providing public transportation services that are safe, reliable, accessible and affordable for everyone.
Field Operations Supervisors report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the daily field supervision and performance evaluation of TVT’s Bus Drivers. Positions will primarily work out of TVT’s Bradford and Randolph offices. Overall responsibilities include:
* Perform field observations of drivers
* Coach drivers on safety, customer service & regulations
* Assistance with training
* Scheduling
* Providing support to the Operations Manager
These are full-time, salaried positions and may require 24/7 availability for emergency situations and the ability to be on call. CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement is required; onsite training is available for the right candidates. Computer proficiency is required.
