Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager in the Recycling Sector, driving sales out of HQ at Long Bennington, with work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the designated region, developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and offering tailored advice and demonstrations. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the after-sales support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experience in capital equipment sales essential
* Strong Sales, Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to prepare and present sales reports
* Knowledge of the machinery industry, particularly in Forestry, Recycling, Construction, Aggregate, and Confi-shred sectors
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to travel within the designated region
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Heading up/covering a region selling our Pronar range and responsible for generating Hire revenue.
