Performance Analysis Technician
England and Great Britain Hockey. Normal place of work will be Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. UK or overseas travel may also be required.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Capture and prepare data and video pre-, during and post-training and competition to support coaches, athletes and practitioners.
* Support coaches and athletes with the effective use of video and visual feedback in training and competition.
* Manage and quality assure the inputs to comprehensive performance databases, both video & datasets, on our opposition, GB and England squads.
* Manage and maintain performance analysis equipment.
* Work within the rules of the relevant governing bodies (e.g. NGB, BOA, EIS) Code of Conduct, standards and guidelines.
* Please note the role involves the completion of repetitive tasks such as coding international matches, databasing videos and filming.
* Please note the role requires a commitment to the demands of front-line delivery and may include working at weekends and evenings. It may involve domestic and international travel.
