Your new companyThis role is based with a trusted client in the highway maintenance industry. This role is fully office based over 40 hours (5 days per week).Your new roleYour job as an 'Abnormal Loads Coordinator' is to review and process abnormal load movements within the NH East region and support the HUB with administration duties as and when required. Your key tasks will be to:
* Manage the incoming abnormal load requests and inputting the details into a purpose built system.
* Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders via telephone and email.
* Help to ensure the smooth running of the office.
* Assisting the line manager in the process of purchase ordering and stock management.
* Deliver excellent customer service.
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role you will need:
* A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to location. This is essential.
* Data inputting experience.
* Previous administration experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
* Ability and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Keen attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, written and verbal.
* The ability to multitask.
