As a HR Business Partner based in our Warwick office (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Business Partnering after our Infrastructure unit who serve customers across civils, power and fusion utilities, sitting on the MD of this business unit’s leadership team to define and lead the people strategy.
Alongside this, you will business partner our Wolseley Group’s leadership team in support functions, including the CFO, CTO, General Counsel and HR.
You define the business unit people agendas, leading on the strategy, driving and supporting the initiatives on workforce planning, org design, recognition, reward, learning and development.
Supporting on complex ER cases working closely with the ER team
Pull and analyse data to understand trends in your areas e.g. leavers, absence, exit interviews, recruitment, ER, compensation and data changes.
Engaging colleagues across business units via surveys, colleague forums etc.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with regular travel across the UK as and when required, with flex to work remotely 2 days a week.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous HR Business Partner experience in a mid-large, complex, multi-site business
Proven experience of developing and managing change programmes across a business especially complex organisation design and people changes
Working in a fast paced business environment with a high focus on sales and customer service whilst operating a cost conscious culture.
Developing and working with best practice tools and techniques.
Broad HR experience across Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Culture Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Recognition Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations.
