We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning CBP UK to lead this complex journey and join our dynamic team.
How will you make an impact
As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning CBP UK, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the value chain.
* Responsible for leading and building a healthy supply chain planning organisation that optimises service and costs in the operational horizon – Across Arla UK Cheese, Butter & Powder value chain from farm to fork
* Ensure cost competitiveness and continuous development of the organisation that both internal and external customers receive an excellent level and service
* Setting the direction, implementing and embedding new solutions to enable the realisation of the E2E Planning Program
* Overall responsibility of the short term execution (0-8 weeks) of Operational Supply Chain Planning Strategy for UK cheese, butter and powder sites
* Strategically strengthen the team's leadership and planning capabilities and drive the promotion and continuous improvement in the area of planning
* Direct reporting line to the global Senior Director, Supply chain planning CBP.
* Strong collaboration with Ass. Director Supply chain planning MY UK in regards to the service and waste dialogue in the UK Market.
* Strong collaboration with relevant tactical supply planning teams.
* You will lead a number of direct and indirect reports based in our Westbury, Taw Valley, Oswestry and Lockerbie sites.
What will make you successful
We are seeking a passionate leader with a holistic view and dedicated people management skills, strong technical knowledge within FMCG, and a proven track record in planning or wider supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience leading transformational change within a global matrix organisation, focusing on customer centricity, cost optimisation, and digitalisation.
You should possess knowledge of future planning opportunities within supply chain planning, be a strong decision-maker who combines analytical approaches with decisive action, and have the ability to act strategically while being a team player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage and inspire on a common agenda and interact effectively with other departments, employees, and external vendors and carriers
This role will require regular travel to our sites in the UK supply chain Cheese, butter and powder (CBP) sites and when meeting with your Global CBP supply chain planning leadership team.
