A national Planned and Reactive Maintenance contractor are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join their Cumbria Branch. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive, community-focused team where you will receive full support from their operational team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers, staff and clients 2. Deliver pre-work notifications and manage appointments 3. Handle customer complaints and issue resolution 4. Conduct customer surveys (door-to-door and phone) 5. Assist with project administration and quality plans 6. Scheduling of works 7. Drive team to successfully deliver agreed KPI's 8. Liaison with full team regarding reactive works 9. Support community projects as needed 10. Update client portal Requirements: 1. 1 year in a similar role 2.
