This role involves providing high-quality administrative support in Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts, and Estates work.Key Responsibilities:Assisting fee earners with a variety of legal and administrative tasks.Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.Drafting and preparing documents with excellent spelling and grammar.Managing calls professionally and efficiently.Supporting other partners and fee earners during periods of absence within the team.Working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.About You:Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential, particularly within conveyancing and private client work.A meticulous approach to work with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.Ability to manage workloads efficiently and independently.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding role.Location - Leek Salary - £25,000Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pmThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appointments Personnel who are acting as an employment agency.
