Role Overview
The System Operations team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of both supplier and in-house software. This team supports the business by ensuring systems are used correctly and compliantly according to agreed business processes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who can work collaboratively within a team and across functions. The Systems Operations Administrator will work within the Software Development team and collaborate with Sales and Product teams.
Responsibilities
* Configure and manage internal systems, including Salesforce, Halo, Access Dimensions, and other necessary systems to support the business.
* Provide support for internal systems, using root cause analysis to remove blockers, reduce escalations, and improve workflow.
* Configure and maintain the Product Catalogue, stock items, and pricing to facilitate the sale of bespoke solutions.
* Process change requests for the above systems, including escalation and approval, and work with the Software Product Owner to document requirements and implement changes.
* Apply information security principles to data handling.
