As well as the flexibility to work around your life, we want to make sure you feel at home with Priory. You will be partnered with your own dedicated line manager who’ll check in with you regularly to make sure you have the right training and support you need. Depending on the site you’re working at, you’ll receive either free or heavily subsidized meals and almost all of our sites have free parking. You will also be entitled to annual leave. Many of our Bank Mental Health Nurses have progressed or transitioned into permanent positions with us, so this could be an option if your situation changes in the future.

1. Are a Registered nurse with active NMC PIN
2. Have relevant clinical experience
3. Have a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
4. Can show an ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
5. Possess excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
6. Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

Vaccinations - Currently, in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act, you are required to be double vaccinated against Covid-19 and to provide evidence of this before you are able to commence employment with us, or provide a valid medical exemption. Albeit this still remains the case, the Government has recently announced their intention to reconsider this under the Health and Social Care Act.
