Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the designated area. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, contractors, and end-users.
3. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
7. Provide technical support and training to customers on Leuco products and applications.
8. Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the woodworking, construction, or industrial tools sector.
2. Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
