Salary: Negotiable depending on experience- Competitive salary with an uncapped bonus

The role?
• To lead and manage a team of experienced Industrial Consultants, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to excel in their roles.
• To develop and implement strategies to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and objectives.
• To attract, retain, and engage top talent within the Industrial sector, building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• To identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and expertise to secure contracts and agreements.
• To maintain and grow existing client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to foster long-term partnerships.
• To take full responsibility for the branch's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, making informed decisions to optimise performance.
• To ensure strict compliance with recruitment legislation and regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in high volume Industrial Recruitment, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
• Sales-oriented and results-driven, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current recruitment legislation and best practices, with a focus on driving compliance and excellence.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivation and leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals and objectives.
