On behalf of our client, a well established Law firm in Doncaster, DNA Recruitment Solutions are seeking the ideal candidate for this fantastic opportunity. A range of experiences and legal roles will be considered, the right fit for candidate and client is the most important factor.
The Role
Work alongside the wills and probate team as well as senior partners and the private client team.
Support all stages of wills and probate matters.
Help prepare wills, probate applications, trusts, power of attorney and other legal documents.
Involvement in Lasting powers of attorney and Court of protection work.
Liaise with clients at all stages of the process, provide updates and resolve queries in a professional and empathetic manner.
Use case management software to keep files and records accurate and up to date.
Promote the department and the firm through behaviours and communication.Requirements
Experience in wills and probate law
Able to manage a probate case through all stages.
Strong IT skills, familiar with case management systems.
Able to manage a diverse probate caseload.
Display an empathetic and compassionate approach with clients.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Remain compliant and up to date with relevant laws and legislation. To be considered for this role, you will be from a legal background with good experience in wills and probate matters. Various roles and experience levels will be considered as finding the right person is the most important thing. Salary will reflect experience with a standard holiday package of 28 days including bank holidays. There is a flexible working policy in operation with this client which will be considered on an individual basis. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
