The Role:
Develop and execute global campaigns with a digital-first approach to drive brand growth.
Identify target audiences and ensure consumer insights shape all communication strategies.
Oversee omni-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Luxury, PR, Innovation) to align advertising with broader initiatives.
Manage relationships with creative and digital agencies from briefing to performance evaluation.
Develop global Social & CRM strategies, optimsing engagement through data-driven insights.
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain cultural relevance across markets.
About You:
Extensive experience in global communications, ideally within premium FMCG sectors.
Proven ability to lead omni-channel campaigns with strong digital marketing expertise.
Skilled in consumer insights, market research, and data-driven strategy development.
Strong project management skills with experience in agency collaboration.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
