Programme Overview The EMEA Early Careers Programme is your gateway to a 24-month intensive experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or Corporate Real Estate. As a graduate analyst, you'll build leadership skills, gain in-depth business knowledge, and develop a comprehensive understanding of Wells Fargo's operations. Your first 12 months will be spent in your 'home' team, DCM, FIG or Fund Finance, you will then complete a 12 month rotation in another aligned banking team to build your experiences across our banking teams and return to your 'home' team.
