What you’ll bring to the table:
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience in a multifaceted role. You’ll be supporting one of our largest clients in a Project Management Office (PMO) role, more generally supporting the client services team and the wider AND Bristol office including with marketing and events. We are looking for someone who is super organised and likes working on many different tasks. Someone who likes to take the initiative and bring value to the team.
* Project Coordination – Support planning, tracking, and reporting for PMO activities, including policy compliance and laptop management.
* Client Support – Assist Client Services team with governance packs, action tracking, and sourcing project resources.
* Invoicing Management – Oversee end-to-end invoicing processes, including approvals, amendments, and issue resolution.
* Workshop & Event Facilitation – Help plan and run client-facing workshops, away days, and internal marketing events.
* Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project and service operations.
* Office & Administrative Support – Manage meeting room bookings, documentation, and general office duties.
* Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across projects, client services, and office operations.
