Independent Payroll Management: Administer multiple client payrolls with accuracy and efficiency, meeting strict deadlines.
Legislative Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of statutory payroll legislation to handle complex manual calculations.
Client and Team Support: Build strong relationships by providing expert support to clients and colleagues on payroll-related queries.
Pension Administration: Oversee auto-enrolment compliance, including liaising with various pension providers to ensure seamless processes.
Third-Party Communication: Resolve queries with HMRC and other external bodies on behalf of clients.
Billing Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all client services.
Issue Management: Identify potential issues and collaborate with the Payroll Manager to maintain proactive client communication.
Team Development: Play a pivotal role in on-boarding and mentoring junior team members.

Profile
To be successful in this role, you will already have gained experience within payroll bureau and looking for a role and business where you can not only add value and reach your potential
An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
Strong understanding of payroll procedures and legislation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
