• Parts Administrator for Automotive parts
• Sales order processing
• Take orders over the phone from customers regarding parts requirements
• Deal with queries from customers regarding parts
• Send parts to Field-based Engineers
• Liaise with courier company regarding deliveries and queries
• Invoice customers for their parts orders
• Raise credit notes if required for customers
• Liaise with operations management regarding loan units for customers
• Liaising with Technical Sales Engineer
• Help other teams when required e.g. Accounts taking card payments online.
• Arranging collections from customer or field-based engineers when required
• Processing warranties and returns
• Logging and processing all transactions for parts on accounts and CRM systems.
Skills required:
* Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Background within Customer Services/Sales Order Processing essential
* Good MS Office skills
* Background within Technical Sales preferable
* Car driver/own transport essential...
