About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to contribute to a world-leading University and shape a team of Business Analysis experts and the service we deliver.
We’re looking for someone who is ready to make a truly impactful contribution to a critical team during a transformational time at Warwick. The Business Analysis team works alongside Business Engagement, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Service Owners, Business Change Partners and customers to meet the strategic and near-term objectives of our customer groups.
Liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the University, you will support the initial assessment of new business needs, to enable effective project scoping & prioritisation. You will lead Discovery Phase activities for ad hoc changes and strategic projects to articulate desired project goals and benefits, define current and target states, elicit requirements, evaluate options and feasibility, and propose recommendations. You will also support Project Delivery activities, ensuring that solutions meet the stated requirements. You will establish effective working relationships at a strategic level, influencing customer strategy and corresponding service strategies.
About You
This post is for an experienced and ambitious Business Analyst, confident in operating in a backdrop of significant change and comfortable working across a variety of subject domains and business contexts. Ideally suited to Business Analysts with evidenced experience of working within different delivery methodologies to suit business/project need.
