Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a VP of Investment Sales at Initio Sphere located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with the flexibility for some work from home. The VP of Investment Sales will be responsible for managing investment management, investments, finance, due diligence, and investment strategies on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
1. Investment Management and Investment Strategies skills
2. Finance and Due Diligence experience
3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and partners
6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
7. Previous experience in real estate investment sales is a plus
