Role :SAP Program Manager Location: London, UK Is it Permanent / Contract: Open for both Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Create and Manage HCM Transformation Roadmap involving SuccessFactors(All Modules), EC payroll, SAC Execution of the Team Plans and schedules, reporting issues, and progress to the Steering Committee. Execute project in Hybrid Agile Methodology. Refine and implement project-related standards, templates, and procedures. Ensure training of Team staff on the use of tools, templates, procedures, and standards as part of the Deployment Effort Lead cross-functional teams to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and requirements. Lead the development of functional specification activities and interface effectively with the Development teams to translate Functional Specification documentation into Technical Specifications and the development of technical designs. Work with local management to plan and schedule the participation of key stakeholders in testing activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support during the management of the execution of testing activities monitoring progress. Work with the Training team so they develop necessary training materials. Work with Training Factory to understand training content as part of Train the Trainer sessions. Work with local management to plan and schedule the participation of key stakeholders in end-user training activities. Work with local management, Data Conversion team and Training team to plan and schedule cutover and go-live activities, identifying the sequence of tasks, double entry, manual procedures, and load sequences involved. Manage and build relationships with product and downstream application owners to make sure that required attention is provided for the successful delivery of this project. Manage Deployment-related cutover and go-live activities. Manage support post-go-live, leading team to resolve post-go-live issues. Essential Skills Minimum 20 years of experience in SAP Consulting and delivery, Preferably with HCM transformation Managed 2-3 End-to-end implementations for a global organization. Worked as lead consultant in the transformation program Experience in Agile Methodology, DevOps, Story Board Conduct Daily stand-up meetings. Experience in managing key stakeholders and engaging senior project sponsors/steering committee. Experience in handling the following core program responsibilities. o Program Planning o Resources Management o Stakeholder Management o Risk Management o Handling of Budget o Change Management o Vendor Management o Reporting and Documentation o Quality Assurance Desirable Skills Understanding the BTP platform for Development and Integration Understanding of SAC for Manpower Planning Participated in Organizational Change Impact Assessment for HCM Transformation
