Contribute to the delivery of PC based training programmes including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Web Based Outlook, Web Browsers, Windows etc across the Health Community.Contribute to the delivery of the Patient Administration System (PAS) training programme across the Health Community. This may include evening and weekend work outside normal working hours to accommodate certain staff groups. Contribute to the development of appropriate training programmes, with examples/case studies/knowledge documents, for all clinical and non-clinical systems and to deliver these programmes with enthusiasm, creativity and credibility.Ensure that staff attain the required competency level/s on all clinical and non-clinical systems.Assist with the delivery of new software on a Health Community wide rollout basis, which may include floor walking and training on a one to one basis.To learn and test new software and interpret new knowledge into end-user learning methodology.To ensure that all training resources (rooms, materials etc.) are kept up to date to enable the appropriate, timely and professional delivery of all IT training courses.To contribute to Quality Assurance programme, which underpins the training programme.To contribute to the implementation of Health Community wide e-learning and on-line training programme.During the course of employment, to ensure confidentiality in line with the Data Protection Act and the Trusts IM&T Security, Email and Internet policies, on all matters relating to patients, staff and Trust business.
