The role sits as part of the spirited Visitor Operations & Experiences Team who lead for all aspects of the visitor journey across the portfolio. The role is based on property as you’ll form one of the trained Duty Managers. We operate 7 days a week, 363 days a year and you will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. You’ll be a strategic and analytical Marketing & Communications professional who can lead for the creation and delivery of your own marketing and content plan that supports the Hinton Portfolio’s ambitious growth targets and our wider conservation purpose. Experience in website content management would be ideal as well as an understanding of audience insights and needs to benefit our programming plans. You’ll help to generate positive press coverage, working to raise the profile of our properties, and attract visitors. Social media is a big part of marketing our properties, particularly Instagram, Facebook and X, so you’ll need to be confident with using these platforms. You’ll be expected to get out onto sites to see conservation in action, talk to our teams and visitors to understand what’s important to them and shout about all the great stuff we’re doing on property.
