We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Outreach Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person service, promoting our fundraising efforts, and building strong connections with community members to support local charities. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth into leadership and management roles based on performance and potential, not tenure.
Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and informing the community about our mission and impact
* Drive engagement by promoting our cause and encouraging contributions to support local charities
* Build meaningful relationships by understanding supporters’ values and recommending ways they can make a difference
* Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising goals and enhance community satisfaction
* Stay informed about our initiatives, as well as trends in nonprofit fundraising and customer engagement
* Participate in training and development to enhance your outreach and customer service skills
* Pursue growth opportunities into leadership and management roles based on performance and impact
