About the Role:
We are looking for an outstanding, inspirational, and enthusiastic Carpentry & Joinery Lecturer to join the successful Construction Department based at our Pagefield site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to 14-19 learners.
* Plan and organise lessons effectively to ensure all learners are engaged and progress successfully.
* Use excellent classroom management, communication, and IT skills to liaise effectively with learners and colleagues.
* Inspire and enthuse students about Carpentry & Joinery, helping them to achieve their full potential.
About You:
* Qualified to Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery through an advanced apprenticeship.
* Extensive experience working within the industry.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Strong classroom management, communication, and IT skills.
