About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our UK Service Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by providing world-class levels of service and contributing to a profitable customer service division.
* Responding to customer or staff enquiries and resolving issues, generating necessary documentation or records.
* Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge of supported systems in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A minimum of ONC level or above in electronic engineering.
* Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
