Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Primary School with an Ofsted rating of Good based in a small village on the Worcestershire/Shropshire border.

This SEN Teaching Assistant position starts ASAP on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will support a child in Year 1 on a 1:1 basis.
Job Role:
* Provide One to One support for a student with SEN (Special Educational Needs) in the classroom, based in Key Stage 1
* Assist with the planning and delivery of activities, tailored to individual student needs.
* Help students with their personal development, ensuring they are fully engaged in their learning.
* Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to monitor and track student progress.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a Primary School environment, preferably with SEN students.
