This is an ideal opportunity for an aspiring Management Consultant to gain exposure to major organisations within both the public and private sectors in implementing change and transformation programmes. You will need to be able to: Use different PM technologies and tools to support the delivery of high-quality projects Adapt different approaches depending on project requirements Assist the Project Manager in developing, tracking, updating, and writing reports on project progress to stakeholders Identify and manage scope, constraints, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and deadlines Attend team meetings to record action items and next steps You will actively contribute to: Mapping and documenting processes from ‘current state’ to ‘future state’ to support the provision of services in a variety of locations across multiple activities Creating business plans and business cases for change projects PMO and project management activities, producing RAID logs and managing risks to timelines and budgets Design and delivery of Target Operating models (TOMs) and Management Operating Systems (MOSs) Process-mapping and analysis, leading to process improvements Organising and enabling workshops for stakeholders to gather business requirements, leading to the creation of Functional requirement specifications Your Profile: Solid data analysis and excel skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups. Ability to develop strong working relationships, internally and with our clients and exhibit authentic emotional intelligence. Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience. A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively. Familiarity with Microsoft applications and Teams, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Willingness to learn and develop project management and change management skills. Competitive and proactive attitude. Fluency in English. A valid driving licence is a must.
