We're looking to add a Business Operations Analyst to this busy and fast-paced team. The Role We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst that is detail oriented and exhibits analytical thinking to optimise and improve business processes, enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyse operational data and processes, identify trends and improvements and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. As a Business Operations Analyst your responsibilities will include, although not limited to: Analyse business operations, processes, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Work closely with finance, sales, customer service te, production management and senior leadership to align operational goals with company objectives. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase efficiency. Develop and contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Support project management initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field or pharmaceutical related degree. 2 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related role. 2 years of experience in GMP. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Strong literacy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities for operational improvements. Understanding of financial modelling and business performance metrics.
