Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
1. Drives and influences improvements to PMO services through the delivery of projects, bringing together cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and achieving targeted performance improvements.
2. Owns the continuous improvement/transformation governance reporting framework (both internal & external).
3. Leads the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities to improve approaches, tools and Process Design & Improvement processes. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the approach and tools to support the delivery of the ESN programme.
4. Articulates and processes thought leadership, influencing active buy in and proactive change management ideals across the programme.
5. Drives the implementation of robust process governance, co-ordinating cross-functional stakeholders responsible for making decisions about the ESN processes and supporting process transformation. Executes testing of processes against agreed specifications, corporate standards and contractual obligations.

What we would like to see on your CV:
1. Track record of leading major business change and improvements in a fast-paced PMO.
2. In-depth knowledge of the customer contract to drive processes and governance to support it.
3. Proven background in Process Design and Project/Programme Management.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to provide inclusive leadership and make the right decisions.
5. Experience of working on complex HMG/3ES programmes and programme internal communications, would be advantageous.

Flexible Working:
This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
